I am looking for I'm looking for a furnished room. I prefer newer apartments - but older ones are fine, if they are not too badly soundproofed. A big balcony or terrace and a dishwasher would be nice, but not a must.
I'm open to a WG of 2 or up to 4 if there are enough baths/showers. Also, for me, age is just a number and not important (ok, between 20 and 50 would be cool).

I am I speak Swiss German, English and very little French. I'm a non-smoker, omnivore, with many years’ experiences living in shared apartments. I like sports like running, bodyweight training or combat sports and I enjoy being outside, e.g., hiking, meeting friends, going on a trip, or simply relaxing at the lake or river. But I also like it at home, to watch a movie with my flat mates or have a delicious wine and dine together.
